Hello, I’m Joseph McTaggart.
I’m a teacher, language learner, writer, and lifelong student of people, culture, and ideas. Over the years I have lived in different countries, explored different languages, and developed a deep interest in the ways people communicate, learn, and make sense of the world around them.
This site is a place for exploration. Here you’ll find reflections, stories, languages, history, creativity, and the occasional unexpected discovery. Some posts are practical, some are personal, and some are simply the result of following a question wherever it leads.
I believe that learning is about more than acquiring information. It is about becoming more open, more curious, and more aware of the lives and experiences of others. Whether I’m discussing language, culture, travel, books, local history, spirituality, or everyday life, my aim is to create a space that is thoughtful, welcoming, and peaceful.
Thank you for visiting. I hope you find something here that encourages you to learn, reflect, or see the world from a slightly different perspective.
