Christian
On darkened streets the sunset glows And children go to rest Oh how we forget the days And how we have been blest With food upon the dinner plate And healthy grown men Wisdom of the ages comes From three score years and ten For him who feels away from God Night time brings great fear He asks whether his life has Grace And fears that death draws near For others night brings prayers of Peace Forgiving others wrongs An overwhelming sense of Love That keeps us very strong And as we rest and bow our heads His Spirit comes and stays Where we know that God with us Is our saving Grace.
